Community & client outreach

It is critical that your marketing plan include community and client outreach, particularly because you are representing high-valued assets and creating an authentic first impression. Establishing trust with potential clients can sometimes only be achieved through face-to-face marketing. Work with your office teams to include creative and unique events and opportunities to engage with your community!

FOUR

Implement & Measure

We often recommend creating a four- to six-month plan. Every submarket is different and it’s best to run campaigns for a couple of months and then evaluate the response. It’s also important to revisit the messaging to see if it resonates with your audiences.
